Register or update your contact details for P&C and Class List communications

Providing the P&C with your contact details enables us to create and maintain class contact lists. Class Parents then share the applicable list with their class to facilitate communication and support the class and teacher, including:

  • Relaying reminders about school activities e.g. library day, carnivals, in/excursions.

  • Coordinating class involvement in P&C events e.g. Easter raffle, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, World Teachers’ Day, end of year celebrations.

  • Organising class get togethers e.g. after school park gatherings, weekend BBQ, parents’ & carers’ dinner or drinks.

The P&C also uses your contact details to send out information on upcoming events, and to gauge parents’ and carers’ interest in supporting the voluntary work of the P&C and the wider school community.

Please note, the school cannot provide your contact details to the P&C due to privacy laws, which is why we need to maintain our own list.

Parents and carers have provided the P&C with their contact details for the sole purposes of facilitating communication that encourages and supports friendships between classmates and their families, relays reminders about class and school activities, and promotes and encourages participation in P&C initiatives and events.

Parents and carers must not use the class contact details they receive to advertise or promote their professional or personal endeavours; raise personal concerns or issues that would usually or should be addressed to or by the school; promote political or religious views or agendas; or forward jokes, chain-mail or other email spam.
